am Dr. Dhiraj Narayan Manandhar, a Nephrologist with years of extensive experience in Nephrology from some of the top medical institutes. Currently, I work as a Senior Consultant in the Nephrology Department at Nepal Mediciti. I have a special interest in critical care Nephrology, Fluid & Electrolytes, and Acute Kidney Injury. Additionally, I hold a fellowship from the International Society of Nephrology in Clinical Nephrology (FISN, South Africa) and am an Associate Professor in the Department of Nephrology at Nepal Medical College, Kathmandu University. I am a member of the Nepal Society of Nephrology and the International Society of Nephrology (ISN).
