am Dr. Nirvan Rai, a General and Laparoscopic Surgeon with a keen interest in GI Surgery. I completed my MBBS from XinXiang Medical University, Henan, China in 2009, and then pursued my Masters Degree in General Surgery from Manipal College of Medical Sciences, Pokhara, Nepal in 2016. I have been working as a Junior Consultant in the Department of General & GI Surgery at Nepal Mediciti Hospital since 2017. I have a strong belief in and practice Minimal Invasive Surgery, with a focus on laparoscopic surgeries. I have attended several MIS trainings to enhance my skills, including chemo-port insertion, laparoscopic suturing, and advanced laparoscopic colorectal surgery.
