Personal Statement
I'm Dr. Pradeep Krishna Shrestha, currently the Head of Department of Internal Medicine and Endocrinology at Nepal Mediciti. I hold an MD in Internal Medicine from AIIMS, New Delhi, and have worked in Internal Medicine in the UK for several years. I am passionate about Diabetes Mellitus and have extensively worked on liver diseases, H. Pylori related gastrointestinal diseases, and Diabetes in Nepal, publishing and presenting several research papers on them. I am honored to have received Best Scientific Paper Awards in Liver Diseases and Diabetes Mellitus in Nepal and a Certificate of Honor by MBBS students at TUTH for being an exceptional teacher. I am also an advisor to Diabetes and Endocrinology Association of Nepal (DEAN).
