Personal Statement

I am Dr. Rajesh Panth, a retired Brigadier General who served in the Nepalese Army for 30 years from 1987 to 2017. After post-graduation, I worked as a pathologist in various hospitals and institutes, such as Shree Birendra (Army) Hospital, Norvic International Hospital, and Nepal Mediciti. I also served as Head of Department of Pathology in Shree Birendra (Army) Hospital and NAIHS-COM (Army Medical College). During my career, I was actively involved in the teaching-learning program in pathology for MBBS and MD Pathology residents. In addition, I completed the Laboratory Assessors Course As Per ISO 15189:2007. I published several papers in national and international journals, including the Medical Journal of Shree Birendra Hospital, J Nepal Med Assoc, and Indian J Orthop.
