Personal Statement
I am the Principal Consultant and Head of the Department of Interventional Cardiology at Nepal Mediciti Hospital. I completed my MBBS in 1998 and MD Cardiology in 2005. With more than 2000 cases of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, including Complex Chronic Total Occlusion, Bifurcation, left-main, graft intervention and also peripheral angioplasty, I have extensive experience in the field. I also had the opportunity to do my Interventional Cardiology fellowship training at National University Hospital Heart Centre, Singapore (NUHCS) in 2012/2013. As the Nepalese representative in the APSIC Board, I'm committed to advancing the field of cardiology in Nepal.

He has authored or co-authored numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals and worked as a Consultant Cardiologist at Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre for 17 years while also serving as the Associate Professor at National Academy Medical Sciences. In addition, he serves as the Nepalese representative in the APSIC Board, working towards improving the field of cardiology in Nepal.
